Hi I'm back.Well,just back for my LDC camp.It was a 2 day 1 night camp.Here are some of the details for this camp.

1st day
Wah, went there just like a stranger!!!!But when it starts, i get to know some officers:Jonas,Abian, Mr Ang.... Their discipline is like good and real tough.For example,when their bunks are not cleaned properly,the whole lot of boys are being pumped.As the ARSM, there are lots and lots of pressure,DEFINITLY.As the hours passes through,i observe and realize how to do these tasks.Therefore,it made me inspired to serve my company better.

For the officers,they are nice and scary???For example, i hated one of the officers,Mr Kathi.He is just scolding and teaching the guys and i first hated him a lot.But as time passes through,i started to respect and admire him a lot.Our Camp Commander-Mr Ang was the captain of Bedok North Sec.He was one of the best captain i ever see.He was a true leader and taught us lots of things. Him and Sir Kathi taught me one thing-Servanthood. Servanthood means that when you are a leader, you too is a servant. You yourself serve with servant leadership.If they could do all the things, you could advise them and demonstrate them some of the step.As Mr Ang said, though we are leaders,but we are servants too.Other officers like Mr Jonas,Mr Abian etc were awesome too.

For the boys, in the 1st day i find them very cute. They have all the initiative a boy have. They are well organized and have good teamwork.

In the 1st day, we have boring lessons,combat skirmish,night games......As the ARSM,i have equal stress and pressure as the RSM.In the lessons, we have to mark the sickening attendance and during the process,i make some process but well, it is a learning process for us as no one is perfect.

2nd day

sAD DAY,WE ARE LEAVING!!!Hai,all things come so fast......Well, i learned something great in this 2nd day. I learned from one of the lessons that how to plan for CCA ORIENTATION.It will bring great use to my company. Now, i too emo, nothing to say for 2nd day.....lolbobo.....

Conclusion and Reflection

Well in this camp, it actually equips me with lots of skills:Leadership,Servanthood and creativity.
I admired all the officers and i tell you, they are our best role models for teens like us.Therfore in short, HQ LDC 2 rox!!!Wish this camp HUAT AH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
